The site manager Landon, does a tremendous job welcoming everyone, and even helps towel down your car as you're vacuuming it. Such a positive attitude, and it makes the experience of washing your car so much better.

Deacon is always here on a Sunday afternoon helping out customers finish cleaning their vehicles. And he’s got a lot of great football knowledge so great conversations are always had on Sunday afternoons around football time. Highly recommend! Thanks, Deacon!

Been through a few times and the best thing is the customer service I have received from Deacon. He is always the one that I encounter on my trips and honestly, it is his kindness and professionalism that keeps me coming back. He has even helped me to dry off my car which is awesome! The machinery is old and worn down (THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR EQUIPMENT TO STAY IN THE RUNNING WITH TOMMYS AND CLUB CW, ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR PRIME LOCATION).

I have never been to a car wash like zips before and didn’t know exactly how it worked. I also didn’t know what kind of wash to do. A really nice employee named Deacon helped me figure out what kind of wash to do and explain it to me. I will come again thank you for the great customer service!!!

Great customer service! The ordering system had a minor hiccup and Landon took care of it promptly and professionally. He even helped wipe up some leftover water spots on my truck! Will definitely be back!

My parents have always loved this place, and I didn’t fully understand why until I went myself. They provide towels and even have a station to clean your mats, which is such a thoughtful touch. The employees are incredibly friendly — Landon made sure I had everything I needed for my wash and went above and beyond to be helpful.
